[Go-essp-tech] CMIP5 Access Role Registration completed at PCMDI

Just to follow up on this.  

If I now query the PCMDI Attribute Service it correctly asserts that I'm registered for the CMIP5 Research role.  This means we can now start hooking up our authorisation services to it and secure data with the CMIP5 roles :)
