[Go-essp-tech] GridFTP Port Ranges required

Thanks Neill for sending this out.

The ports thus far are:

HTTP: port 80
SSL: port 443
MyProxy: port 2119
GridFTP: ports 2811, 50000 - 51000

Luca may want to open up another port just between the Gateway and  
Data Nodes.
Did I leave anything out?
