[Go-essp-tech] Swapping telco themes

[stephen.pascoe at stfc.ac.uk]

It has been suggested we swap the Jan 19th and Jan 12th telcos so that
Curator can attend the Metadata telco.  This would give us:
 
5 January - Quality Control 
12 January - Overarching Discussion Metadata Pipelining 	
19 January - Metadata Pipelining Overarching Discussion 
26 January - Security

I think re-addressing metadata is a very high priority so this looks
reasonable to me.  Please voice any problems.
