[ESP] Numerical Modelling DIF Proposal

Hi 

Just a note to draw your attention to the wiki page at 

http://ndg.nerc.ac.uk/cgi-bin/my-kwiki/index.cgi?ProposedChangesToDIF

which describes our proposed modifications to the DIF to support numerical 
model data.

If you have any (further) suggested modifications, I would ask you modify the 
document on the wiki (annotating your changes), and let the list know. We 
should aim to have this done by the end of the first week of July so we can 
mail the proposal to the NASA Interop mailing list.
