[ESP] Name, goals and logo

All,
I certainly like one or the other of "Global Organization for..." (to
describe the collection of humans) or "Global Organization of..." (to
describe the collection of Web sites and by extension the collection of
humans). Now is that spelled, uh spelt with "z" or "s"... :-)
