[ESP] GO-ESSP Mailing List

The ESP mailing list is moving from: esp at ucar.edu to the GO-ESSP list at 
go-essp at ucar.edu. This change reflects our newly agreed upon name. If you 
were a member of the "esp at ucar.edu" list then you will automatically be 
subscribed to the "go-essp at ucar.edu". 

In the next couple of days, the ESP address will be retired, so please start 
using the new GO-ESSP mailing address.
