I regret that I will be able to speak at the workshop, or most likely, even attend due to issues involving the paths of funding. Since at this moment there is no funding, I will not be able to commit the necessary time to prepare my talk. However Chris Kerr, Ron Stouffer, and Balaji will still be in attendance from GFDL.
