[ESP] Details of the ESP September Meeting Hotel Reservations

ESP participants:

This is to confirm that the next ESP meeting will be held at the CLRC 
Daresbury Laboratory, Warrington, England on Monday, September 29th and 
Tuesday 30th.

We suggest that participants to the meeting stay at the Daresbury Park Hotel, 
Warrington. Participants must make their own hotel reservations. The agreed 
rate at the hotel is £95 B&B single and £115 B&B double rooms. Reservations

When making the reservations, please mention you are attending the ESP 
meeting at the Daresbury Laboratory. We have booked a block of rooms for 
participants arriving on Sunday, September 28th and Departing on Wednesday, 
October 1st. It is importants that participants make their own room 
reservations asap.

the meeting at they occur to me!
