[ESP] FW: funding for international meetings

Kerstin, et al.,
Has anyone advanced a proposal regarding your suggestion below?  I would
like to attend the upcoming ESP meeting however funding is an issue for
me and maybe we could fund many of the collaborator's.  I'll work with 
someone else to draft one up.  Any takers?  The deadline is Aug. 8th.
