[ESP] Thanks, list info

Thanks to everyone who raised their e-hand ;-). Something went awry when our
postmaster scripted the list creation, and not all of the list attributes
were quite right. But the list appears to be working pretty well at this
point. The following is the URL where you can set your own personal options:

privileges for ESP-list and thus coverage when one or the other is
traveling. Onward.
