[Esp] JNumeric

Hi everyone,

I was talking with Dean regarding the Numeric package and found out they
also have a Java/Jython implementation of it. From the home page, they
claims it is as fast or faster than the Python version.  Thought there
maybe other interest in this, so here is the URL.
