The position of Assistant Professor comes with a start-up packages and is fixed-term for up to six years. It is a tenure-track position, and during the appointment,

focuses on subjects that range from the Earth’s core to the atmosphere and human society, on
scales from submicroscopic structures in minerals to the formation of mountains
