The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) offers scholarships to doctoral candidates pursuing degrees in geospatial intelligence or related fields. Eligible applicants must be able to demonstrate their use of geospatial technologies, methods,

 or thinking to address problems. Awards are available to U.S. citizens and international students studying in the United States. Award amounts range from $3,000 - $15,000 and are non-taxable. Funds can be used to pay for education, research, or other expenses

 related to being a student. Applications open January 18, 2026 and close April 5, 2026. A link to applications can be found here:
