Carbon Mapper is seeking a Waste Sector Impact Analyst to help expand the use and understanding of Carbon Mapper’s methane data in support of meaningful emissions reductions. This role will support the Impact team through a blend of data and policy analysis,
impact tracking, project management, and stakeholder engagement.</div>

The analyst will help to translate complex methane data into practical, actionable insights for governments, industry partners, and civil society organizations. Key responsibilities include supporting data collection and analysis processes, summarizing and
tracking methane emission trends and policy frameworks; developing evidence-based recommendations; and contributing to reports, briefings, and other materials that advance effective climate action.</div>

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $90,000 – $100,000/year. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process,
our recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.</div>
