Tulane University seeks a collaborative scholar to serve within the School of Science and Engineering as an
<b>assistant professor </b>in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, starting July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be a recognized scholar who will enhance and augment the Solid Earth research team and contribute to our education and service
missions. We seek a candidate whose research has applications in <b>energy systems</b>, including
<b>critical minerals for the energy transition</b>, <b>and who strengthens university-wide energy initiatives.</b></div>
