The post-doc will work within two national projects focusing on the impact of extreme weather 
on population health. Specifically, you will work with both climate and 
health data, identify extreme climate events, conduct statistical 
analyses and develop health-climate risk maps.<br>As part of your work, 
you will be expected to interact and collaborate with researchers from 
other institutions participating in the projects.
You will be based at the Dept. of Earth
Sciences in Uppsala, but will be expected to travel both nationally and

Sciences in Uppsala, which focuses on the dynamics of extreme climate events in
the mid and high latitudes and their interactions with other components of the

that range from the Earth’s core to the atmosphere, on scales from
