<span style="color:#272728">This is part of a cluster hire in the area of Environment and Justice. For this position we seek a physical scientist whose research and teaching will be geared toward understanding environmental challenges in ways that are directly


 relevant to policy. Examples include, but are not limited to, energy, water, and/or food; climate change, extreme climate events, and their impacts; adaptations and nature-based solutions to environmental change; and the effects of pollution or pathogen outbreaks


 on human populations or ecosystems.</span></div>
