Provides advice and guidance for improvements and anticipates
areas of concern.<o:p></o:p></li><li style="margin-left:.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Utilizes qualitative and quantitative data to analyze the outcomes of community and labor engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, clean energy workforce development, and environmental justice
