<p class="MsoNormal">Sonoma Technology is seeking a senior environmental professional (scientist, engineer, or manager)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">to join our team and manage one of our air quality monitoring/measurements departments. This<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">department is responsible for developing, implementing, and operating regulatory air quality<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">monitoring networks at the fencelines of industrial facilities. These networks are primarily located at<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">facilities in California, with business expanding both domestically and internationally. The<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">department includes project managers, operations staff, instrument specialists, air quality scientists,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">and field technicians. Strong collaboration is required outside of the department with data analysts,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">software engineers, quality assurance staff, business developers, corporate advisors, and corporate<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">operations staff.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The department manager will oversee a geographically dispersed team, including direct reports<o:p></o:p></p>
