<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="overflow-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;"><div>SERVIR is a joint development initiative of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and works in partnership with leading regional organizations worldwide to help developing countries use the information provided by Earth-observing satellites and geospatial technologies for managing climate risks and land use. </div><div><div><br></div><div>The SERVIR Science Coordination Office (SCO) is seeking Research Scientists in Health and Air Quality to serve key roles within the Air Quality and Health Service Area. The portfolio of Air Quality and Health is rapidly growing with increasing numbers of science applications being developed, and trainings conducted, to meet the needs of SERVIR regions. The role of the Research Scientist will be to co-develop Earth-observations driven services, provide training, and expand the applied research portfolio of SERVIR’s Air Quality and Health projects. </div><div><br></div><div>Successful candidates will have expertise in the fields of satellite remote sensing of air quality and/or modeling applications in health related to air quality, excel in communicating the science in both academic and non-academic settings, and demonstrate experience in collaborative leadership.
