(NWL) for Washington State to reduce sources and increase sinks of biogenic carbon. By supporting the creation of Washington’s Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP), you will unlock the potential for state, local, and tribal governments to seek resources
and implement NWL strategies that provide social and environmental benefits across Washington.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

spatial analysis to describe current and forecast future emission balances. In this position, you’ll be responsible for modeling NWL GHG balances from biogenic sources and sinks, providing and managing related data for the State GHG Inventory, quantifying
NWL GHG reduction measures to achieve reduction targets, and assisting with the development of the CCAP.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
