Applications Laboratory (RAL) at NSF NCAR is looking for a Project Scientist I to
work on actionable climate science projects related to future climate change
and its uncertainty over North America.  The
project scientist will have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing climate
research projects focused on topics such as drought, wildfire, extreme
precipitation, and heat as well as to develop their own topical research
interests.  This role will help create a
decision-relevant climate dataset by performing high-resolution dynamical
climate simulations over North America. They will also contribute to the
development of an actionable climate science program in RAL. </font></span></p>
