seeking a Communications and Outreach Manager to l</span>ead all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency, effectiveness and stewarding and enhancing the Consortium’s reputation among stakeholders. They will also be responsible for developing
strategic partnerships with a broad array of interested parties, including academia, utilities, NGOs, the private sector, philanthropy, and others.
