<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US">Description of subject area of the employment:
</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">The research programme Air, Water and Landscape Science brings together research and education in hydrology, meteorology, environmental analysis and physical geography. The position will focus on the surface part of the hydrological
cycle, but also include water resources and aquatic environmental analysis.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US">Duties:</span></b><span lang="EN-US"> Teaching, research and administration.
</span><span lang="EN-GB">Teaching duties include course responsibility and course administration and supervision of second- and third-cycle students.</span><span lang="EN-US"> The teacher is expected to teach courses with a hydrological focus at undergraduate
and graduate level in the Bachelor's and Master's programmes in Earth Sciences, the Master's programme in Water Engineering and the Master's programme in Environmental and Water Engineering. In particular, this includes course responsibility for courses in
environmental analysis and introductory courses in hydrology. Supervision and examination of degree projects within the programmes will be included. The own research aims to strengthen and develop the department's research profile in surface hydrology, water
resources and aquatic environmental analysis.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
