Postdoc in Mountainous Ecohydrology Modeling

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to
contribute to investigation of the role of climate, subsurface
water flows and forest structure on mountain watershed
hydrological functioning. The study system is in the headwaters of
the Colorado River on the western slope of the Colorado Rocky
Mountains, with rich datasets spanning plant traits to watershed
discharge and everything in between. The project leverages a new
model configuration coupling a 3D subsurface hydrology (ParFlow)
with land surface and vegetation dynamics (ELM-FATES). The postdoc
will help shape specific research directions and have the
opportunity to engage with a range of allied projects related to
Western US hydroclimate, forest dynamics and wildfire. Apply here
