We seek a self-driven, creative thinker with strong quantitative and interpersonal skills to help accomplish an important and interesting set of research tasks. The successful candidate will join an initiative focused on the future of U.S. water and wastewater
infrastructure. The project brings together expertise in water management, engineering, and policy, bringing together an interdisciplinary team from Columbia University and the University of California, Irvine. The project will address infrastructure equity
in terms of service access and quality, inequities in federal investment, and the effectiveness of proactive and reactive regulatory enforcement.
