- Technically develop and execute novel modeling approaches in climate impact assessments and sustainable investing analytics<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Conduct comprehensive model validation, diagnosis of modelled results and sensitivity analysis, while documenting and communicating the results in a well-organized way.<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Integrate and optimize data and code for automation and execution at scale, and actively improve performance of existing modeling systems<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Support documentation of modeling practices for rigorous review processes by internal and external stakeholders<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">

- Undergraduate or Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a similarly quantitative field<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- A strong interest and background in pursuing novel approaches in modeling and applying quantitative analysis in climate/sustainability topics in a financial setting<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- 1-3 years of work experience. Recent quantitative academic qualification can substitute for experience<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Experience with one or more statistical programming languages (Python and/or R are preferred)<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Familiarity with prevalent topics in ESG, such as climate scenario analysis, physical and transition risk, energy and climate policy, damage functions, etc.<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Strong and efficient research capabilities, including good practices in documentation and academic writing<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Quick learner of new models and methods<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities; strong organizational and time management skills<br style="box-sizing:border-box" class="ContentPasted1">
