We are particularly looking for a candidate with experience or interest in researching hothouse climates in Earth's distant past (or distant future) or hothouse climates on rocky exoplanets. Research topics could include, but are not limited to, understanding the climate and/or convective regimes of early Earth or rocky exoplanets, moist or runaway greenhouse states, and climates near the inner edge of the habitable zone.

The work of this position will primarily involve running and statistically analyzing numerical experiments using 1-D atmospheric column models, 3-D global climate model simulations, and cloud resolving models.
