postdoctoral research associate positions to focus on agrivoltaics. We are at a crucial moment across our drylands, where a changing climate is pushing our food, energy, and water systems towards a tipping point. By colocating <b><u>agri</u></b>culture and photo<b><u>voltaics</u></b> (Solar panels) on the same land, we have found enormous potential to create resilience across these three systems. <br> <br><font color="#2a2a2a">Interested applicants can learn more about the topic at: <a href="https://www.barrongafford.org/agrivoltaics.html/">https://www.barrongafford.org/agrivoltaics.html/</a>, or watch a video about ongoing agrivoltaic research across Arizona and Colorado at <a href="https://tinyurl.com/agrivoltaics">https://tinyurl.com/agrivoltaics</a>.</font><br><br><font color="#2a2a2a"><strong><font size="4">Interested applicants should apply <a href="https://arizona.csod.com/ux/ats/careersite/4/home/requisition/13746?c=arizona" target="_blank">here</a> ASAP, to ensure full consideration.</font></strong></font><br><br>Because this is such a new and growing field, we recognize few individuals will have extensive experience with the concept of agrivoltaics.</span></span></span></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr"><br></span></span></span></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr"><b>Minimum Qualifications</b><br>* Doctoral degree or equivalent in geography, environmental science, ecology, or a related field<br><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr">* </span></span></span>Enthusiasm for applied environmental and biophysical research<br><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr">* </span></span></span>Willingness to conduct and lead field work across sites<br><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr">* </span></span></span>Strong field biophysical or plant ecophysiological methodological and data analytical skills</span></span></span></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr"><br></span></span></span></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr">* </span></span></span>Comfort working in teams, leading team meetings, and supervising students<br><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr">* </span></span></span>Record of published research in areas of plant ecophysiology, applied crop science, ecosystem ecology, or related field</span></span></span></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><span class="gmail-break-words"><span><span dir="ltr"><br></span></span></span></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:garamond,serif;font-size:large">
