the University of Cincinnati is seeking a post-doctoral researcher to investigate river water quality using hydrological models, surface water quality models, and remote sensing. Specifically, the research focuses on simulating the generation and transport
of sediment and nutrients in rivers at the continental scale by leveraging models, remote sensing, and data science techniques. The successful candidate will be expected to develop/modify hydrological/surface water quality models to simulate riverine sediment
and nutrients. The candidate will also be expected to present research results at conferences and publish peer-reviewed articles. The initial appointment is for one year, with possible annual renewals for another two years based on performance. The start date
is immediately but is flexible between February 2023 and June 2023.</span></span></p>
