I’d be grateful if you could circulate the search notice below with prospective candidates. This is not a position in the Department of Geography, but we are one of the three core departments in UWM’s Conservation and Environmental Sciences (CES) program (along
with Biological Sciences and Geosciences). The current director has announced plans to retire at the end of this academic year, so we will be hiring a replacement. One of our former faculty members served as the director of this program for many years, but
this is now an academic staff position, with the title of Teaching Professor. I have served for several years on the advisory committee for the program, and I would be happy to answer questions about the program or the position.</p>
