<div dir="ltr"><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Ph.D. positions are available in the O’Brien group in Civil
and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the University of Michigan (<a href="https://sites.google.com/view/obrien-group/research">https://sites.google.com/view/obrien-group/research</a>).
Students will have a wide range of topics to select to develop research projects
including indoor aerosol particles and surface films, urban aerosol particle
composition, biomass burning aerosol photobleaching, and urban grime composition. Students
will start in Fall 2023 and anyone with a background in environmental sample
collection, aerosol collection, chemical characterization (e.g., GC/MS, UV/Vis,
ESI/MS,…), or an interest in online aerosol measurements is encouraged to
