challenges, environmental justice, environmental racism, indigenous knowledge, and/or environmental health. The most competitive candidates will have the following qualifications: a strong research record, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and
demonstrated success in or potential for obtaining external funding; ability to effect change by communicating research findings to policymakers and the general public; a record of interdisciplinary collaborations; motivation and ability to achieve excellence
in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; a record of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion; and a willingness to help meet the needs of our growing department through student advising, working with other faculty members, and taking on service
and leadership roles as needed. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
