The Earth Sciences department at SMU is seeking candidates at the Associate or Full professor level for our most prestigious chair, the C.W. Matthews Chair, which is supported by a dedicated endowment that yields both salary and annual research funds. The search
 is focused on geochemistry,<span style="letter-spacing:2pt"> </span>biogeochemistry or geology,<span style="letter-spacing:2pt"></span>including<span style="letter-spacing:2pt"> </span>economic<span style="letter-spacing:2pt"> </span>geology,<span style="letter-spacing:2pt"> </span>that
