<div class="">The Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Science (EOAS) at Florida State University is pleased to invite applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in <b class="">Radar and Mesoscale/Synoptic Meteorology. </b></div>
<div class=""><br class="">

<div class="">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radar meteorology and will use radars to address fundamental research questions on the physics and/or dynamics of Mesoscale/Synoptic Meteorology and their interactions with larger and/or smaller
scale phenomena. Applications from those skilled in observational analyses, measurements, modeling, theory and/or interdisciplinary investigations will be particularly welcomed, as is the use of any types of radars (i.e., ground-based, airborne, space-borne).
We are especially interested in candidates whose research, teaching, or service have prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and inclusion in higher education and the scientific community. For more information about the EOAS department,
