<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We invite applications from early career geoscientists to our NSF funded Code to Communicate (CoCo) program. CoCo is a bilingual (Spanish/English) program that offers Python and Scicomm training for early
career geoscientists. The program has a bilingual approach to reach historically excluded students within Latin and Hispanic communities. Students will learn data management and analysis skills in Python, and the fundamentals of disseminating scientific results
to a general audience. This is an opportunity for participants to advance their cyber knowledge and expand career opportunities. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The program is composed of two five-week virtual sessions in the Spring and a week-long GeoHackeo (Hackathon) in the Summer at Tulane University, New Orleans, USA. Students should plan to attend either the
Spanish or English classes, plus a Bilingual practice every week during the virtual sessions. Travel expenses will be covered for those participants who choose to participate in the GeoHackeo in-person. You do not need to be based in the United States to participate
