We are seeking to fill a new tenure-track position focused on
Environmental and Natural Resources (ENR) Education here in Columbus, OH at The Ohio State University. We are looking for a leader to help chart new directions in the traditional field of ‘environmental education’ while working with some amazing colleagues
and thoughtful/passionate students. My personal belief is that the person in this position will use science and evidenced-based practices to train the next generation of environmental educators – so this position does have a research and teaching component
to it, though service is also inherently built into the activities and profession. We also hope the successful candidate is equally committed to helping advance our program and related outcomes toward greater justice, equity, and inclusion for all, and addressing
the needs and interests of people and/or communities that have been traditionally marginalized.
