leads the Coastal Hydrogeology group in the Department of Ocean & Earth Sciences at ODU, where we study groundwater-surface water exchange using radioisotope tracers and geophysical methods. Research areas include groundwater as a “blue carbon” vector, submarine
groundwater discharge, the hydrogeology of pro-glacial lake systems, and sediment accumulation in tidal wetlands. For more information on the lab, please visit
