<p class="MsoNormal">The University of Oklahoma is seeking someone who walks the line between IT and Earth Science (I know these people exist because I am one!) to support the development and eventual operations of the Science Operations Center (SOC) for

NASA's GeoCarb Mission</a>. During the development phase, which is currently ongoing, the SOC Lead will create the architecture to support the GeoCarb instrument monitoring and observation planning tools as well as the interfaces with key
<a href="https://www.ou.edu/geocarb/about-us/team">mission partners</a> at other institutions in line with NASA IT security requirements. During mission operations, the SOC lead will be responsible for monitoring the instrument health as well as developing
the products that command the operations.<o:p></o:p></p>
