Professor position having an anticipated start date of July 2022. Within the broad area of coastal geoscience, research interests can include any of the following: geomorphology, analysis or projections of sea level change and its impact on coastal systems,
geochronology, geohazards, and/or geospatial analytics. We are particularly interested in candidates using novel and interdisciplinary approaches to tackle these research challenges. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain an externally-funded

as well as postdoctoral experience. The ideal candidate will have a history of scholarly publications commensurate with their level of experience, knowledge of external funding opportunities, and demonstrated experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate
levels. Excellence in oral and written communication is required.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

of observations of coastal zone processes across a wide range of spatial and temporal scales, experience with quantitative tools used to analyze observations, and the skills to convey coastal zone data collection and interpretation to non-specialists.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
