and overseeing multiple geologic studies of volcanoes to document current and previous eruptive activity and use expertise in volcanology to assess the timing and nature of future eruptions. The incumbent will use knowledge of volcanic systems to oversee and
participate in AVO projects including volcano monitoring, geologic mapping, volcanology field studies, geographic information system (GIS) geodatabase development, and relational database work related to documenting the eruptive history of volcanoes in Alaska.</span><br style="font-size: 14.666666984558105px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">
