        Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of
        Washington
        (UW) invites applications for a nine-month, non-tenure-track,
        part-time lecturer
        to teach undergraduate courses in climate sciences, including
        climate change
        (past, present and future), environmental justice, clean energy
        solutions, and
        the impacts of climate change. The successful candidate will
        teach one class
        per quarter during the academic year in a 50% full-time
        equivalent appointment.
        Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Atmospheric Sciences,
        or a related
        science, and demonstrated experience teaching similar classes.
        The starting
        date of employment is 15 September 2021. </span></p>
