 and communication technology policy, including policies addressing federal Internet and telecommunications subsidies, regulations, programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of policies and positions of major stakeholders and
 demonstrate the ability to develop expertise in new areas.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
