We are seeking graduate students interested in pursuing both MS and PhD degrees, in Hydrogeology and Environmental Science, starting in fall 2021 (maybe starting in the summer).<b> Women and Minorities are encouraged to apply.
</b>The Water Science and Management (WSM) Graduate Degree Program, described at <a href="https://wsm.nmsu.edu/">
https://wsm.nmsu.edu/</a> enrolls about ~40 graduate student researchers advised by faculty advisers from several colleges across the university.<o:p></o:p></p>

https://web.nmsu.edu/~kccarr/Research.html</a> ranging from hydrologic modeling, to unsaturated hydrogeology, to hydro-geophysics, to solute transport, to water quality and contaminant remediation. Interest in machine learning is a bonus. We also provide access
 and training for a wide array of chemical analysis including high-resolution mass spectrometry

NMSU is located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, home of the Organ Mountains, White Sands National Park, and world famous Hatch Green Chile. The university houses several internationally-recognized and long-established water research programs and organizations.
