<p class="MsoNormal">The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (District) is a regional government agency, committed to achieving clean air to protect the public's health and the environment. The District accomplishes this goal through regulation of industrial
facilities and various outreach and incentive programs designed to encourage clean air choices. The Meteorology and Measurement Division supports the mission of the District by monitoring air quality in the San Francisco Bay Area and emissions from industrial
facilities; forecasting regional and local air quality; and analyzing the data to characterize regional and community-level air quality.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="background:white"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black;background:white">Under direction, the Senior Air Quality Specialist will be responsible for compiling and analyzing air quality measurement data, preparing reports to assess trends and compliance with Federal and
State Ambient Air Quality Standards, and evaluating monitoring networks for meeting federal requirements and program goals. This position also provides technical support to Air District programs, other agencies, and the public, particularly requests relating
to providing context and interpretation of air quality measurement data.</span><span style="background:white"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
