<p class="Default"><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Lithium Americas Corporation is hiring one paid intern to carry out exploration work in Spring 2021 (approximate length of employment expected to be from February
– April 2021). The successful applicant will work with the Lithium Americas geological exploration team to characterize the geology of potential sedimentary resources in the United States. Internship responsibilities will include: (1) extensive field geological
mapping work; (2) sample collection, preparation, and geochemical analysis; (3) GIS desktop mapping; (4) synthesis of field and geochemical data; and (5) writing reports. During mapping campaigns, the intern will be performing field work in a variety of temperatures
and weather conditions. Outdoor camping will often be required during these campaigns. A monthly stipend of $3,000 and relocation expenses will be provided.

volcanology, petrology, geochemistry, structural geology, or a related discipline. Experience with field mapping and GIS systems is required. The successful applicant must be comfortable with operating heavy machinery.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
