<p class="BodyText-nospaceafter">ECMWF is currently undergoing a major organisational change as it transforms into a multi-site organisation. This move will necessitate fundamental changes to our HR policies and benefit schemes. We have created this role to
 ensure the Centre has access to the necessary expertise to reshape existing HR policies and to develop new policies and benefits, whilst providing high quality advice to management and staff.

<p class="BodyText-nospaceafter">The HR Policy Manager role sits within the Human Resources Section and reports to the Head of HR.  As an HR professional, they will bring deep expertise to the role and will work closely with the Head of HR in the development
 of new policies and evolution of existing regulations. They will be the focal point for all matters relating to benefits, including pensions.

<p class="MsoBodyText">The successful candidate will be recruited at the <b>A3</b> grade, according to the scales of the Co-ordinated Organisations and the annual basic salary will be
