State University is seeking a Ph.D. candidate on a fully-funded NSF
Critical Zone Network project (tuition, stipend, fees, and insurance for 4
years). The student will explore the role of atmospheric dust in watershed
biogeochemical cycles and aquatic ecosystems. The project is primarily focused
on understanding the fate and mobility of dusts within watersheds. Additionally,
the candidate will conduct a thorough review of the relevant research while
developing their contribution to the field within a thesis supported by the
above project. The student will have the opportunity to collaborate with
post-docs and other graduate students working on closely related projects. Wide
