on ‘Examining the causes of trends in the context of a variable
subpolar North Atlantic ocean.’ The successful applicant will work
with a team to quantify the relative roles of different ocean and
atmosphere processes in driving variability and trends in North
Atlantic ocean temperatures and associated climate impacts. <span style="color:#333333;background:white">Anticipated duties
include development of ocean elements of a climate model
hierarchy, analysis of observational data and climate model
output, and communication of findings in written and oral form.

competitive and commensurate with relevant experience. We
