[ES_JOBS_NET] staff environmental impact analyst position, Colorado State Legislature

Recently passed HB 1188 creates a GHG emissions note for bills being considered at the state capitol, and creates a staff environmental impact analyst position that will look at whether there is a net positive or negative impact on GHGs from a proposed bill starting next legislative session.
